Methodist Coaching Connection (MCC) is a collaborative community of Methodist clergy who are professional coaches. They are ordained elders who have been endorsed for the special ministry of Life Coaching by the United Methodist Endorsement Agency of the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry. They gather regularly for the purpose of networking, resourcing, and seeking ways to educate the Church about the benefits of coaching. MCC coaches are credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and are committed to the ICF Code of Ethics. The group meets on a monthly basis to discuss a variety of topics that are pertinent to coaches in the Methodist tradition.

One to One Women Coaching Women.

One to One Women Coaching Women is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting women to achieve sustained success by creating positive changes in their lives. It was created to bring free life coaching to women from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds who couldn’t otherwise afford this transformative oppportunity. Their services are targeted to eligible women by providing a safe and affirming coaching relationship in which individual dreams and desires can be translated into practical, realistic, and actionable life plans.

Sharon Vandegrift is on the volunteer coaching staff of One to One.
